Amanda Evans is a NESTA Certified Adventure Boot Camp instructor and certified personal fitness trainer. Amanda is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Other certifications Amanda has obtained are Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Exercise Specialist.
Amanda has been an athlete most of her life. She played softball at Crowder College in Neosho, MO. She also competed at the Lone Star Classic Bodybuilding and Figure/Fitness competition 2007. That same year Amanda competed and won first place in her division at the Tampa Bay Women's Tri-fitness competition.
Amanda has worked with Tony Casillas, a Dallas Cowboys two time Super Bowl Champion, as a sports and conditioning coach. Together they trained over 75 club volleyball girls. She has also worked for mega gym Life Time Fitness as a personal trainer. There she received an extensive amount of hands on training.
Amanda is dedicated and passionate about inspiring others to pursue and achieve their goals for a more healthy and improved lifestyle. This is the reason Amanda wanted to bring Adventure Boot Camp to Owasso. Amanda's goal is to inspire more women to make fitness a part of their daily routine so that their children will understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. John Spencer Ellis
Each week, over one million people enjoy a fitness program created by John Spencer Ellis. He is the CEO of NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association), and the Spencer Institute for Life Coaching. John is also the CEO of the Get America Fit Foundation, VP of Business Development for MyNutritionStore.com, and on the Advisory Boards of the National Health, Wellness and Prevention Congress, Exercise TV, Super Mommies, Select Comfort (Sleep Number Bed), Irvine Valley College, Life & Leisure Television and Health Journal Television. He is a Fellow of the National Board of Fitness Examiners, the author of "How Badly Do You Want It? - Your Ultimate Guide to Optimal Fitness," and a contributor to "Power of Champions" and ?Peak Vitality? . He created Adventure Boot Camp, the largest fitness boot camp program in the world. His TriActive America signature series of outdoor exercise equipment is used worldwide. John's fitness programs are implemented in the top resorts, spas and health clubs. He held the post of Fitness Editor for OC Flair magazine, and has been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, FOX, FOX Sports, FOX Reality, SPIKE, ESPN & BRAVO. He hosts The Fit Show, PersonalTrainerTV.com, The OC Body and The Spencer Power Hour radio show. John is the Master of Ceremonies for the Ms. Fitness U.S.A and World pageants. He stars in the workout DVDs Playground Boot Camp & Kung-Fu Fitness , created fitness programs used by Cirque du Soleil and the U.S. Secret Service, and consults the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships). John was recently nominated for induction to the Fitness Hall of Fame.
John holds bachelors degrees in business and health science, an MBA, and a doctorate in education. He also completed doctoral level studies in naturopathy. He has fifteen certifications including massage therapy, plyometrics, self-defense, fitness kick boxing, fitness boxing, water fitness, exercise rehabilitation, golf conditioning, Pilates, personal training, clinical hypnotherapy, sports hypnosis, PACE circuit training and yoga. He holds a 2nd degree black belt in kung-fu, has completed the Ironman triathlon, and finished 5th at the U.S. National Biathlon Championships. His medical training includes a license in radiological technology, a medical assisting certification, and training in McKenzie rehabilitation. John was nominated for the California Community College Distinguished Alumni Award.
